Skip the junk

It starts with the dough

Most of a pizza is crust. So we fixed the crust.

Greek yoghurt goes in where the oil would. It brings the protein with it.

Why Greek yoghurt
How to cook it12–14 min · fan 200°C

Straight from the freezer to the oven

  1. From frozen

    Out of the box

No defrosting, ever. It goes in exactly as it comes out of the freezer.

  2. Fan 200°C

    Oven on

Middle shelf, straight on the rack. No tray needed.

  3. 12–14 min

    Golden crust

Out when the crust turns golden. Give it a minute before the first slice.

One pizza is one serving. Finish it.

One slice in

Straight out of the oven.

No defrosting, no faff, no sad limp middle.

  • From frozen, never defrosted
  • Fan 200°C, straight on the rack
  • 12 to 14 minutes

The small print

What is actually in it

Three things in the crust

  • Flour
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Yeast

That is the whole list.

Allergens

Contains WHEAT and MILK.

Not gluten free and not dairy free. The Greek yoghurt is the whole idea.

Keeping it

  • Keep frozen at -18C. Do not freeze after defrosting.

Got questions. Got answers.

Is the whole pizza really one serving?

It is, and that is the point. The pack holds one serving because we expect you to finish it.

Where do I get my hands on one?

The freezer aisle, not this website. Head to Where to Buy and we will point you at the nearest one.

What is Greek yoghurt doing in my pizza?

Carrying the protein, replacing the oil and tenderising the crumb. Three jobs from one ingredient, which is how the crust gets away with only three.

Can I cook it in an air fryer?

The pack instructions are for a fan oven at 200°C. That is what we have tested, so that is what we will vouch for.
