Really. Greek yoghurt goes into the dough where the oil would. It carries the protein, replaces the oil and its acidity softens the crumb — three jobs from one ingredient, which is how the crust gets away with a list this short. There is a whole page on it: Why Greek yoghurt.
Bread flour, 0% fat Greek yoghurt, dried yeast and sea salt. That is the whole base. The full declaration for each pizza is on its product page.
Not really. It reads as a faint tang in the crust, the way a sourdough does. It tastes like pizza dough, because that is what it is.
It is, and that is deliberate. One 10-inch pizza is one serving for one person — no sharing maths on the back of the box.
Not telling yet. There is a card on the homepage where you can have a guess, and if you nail it we might be in touch.

45g in the Margarita and 50g in the Uncured Pepperoni, per pizza. The full nutrition panel for each one is on its product page.
Neither, and it never will be. Both pizzas contain wheat and milk — the Greek yoghurt is the whole idea.
There are no nuts in either recipe. The declared allergens are wheat and milk. As with anything, check the pack in your hand before you eat it — that is always the version that counts.
On the product page for each pizza, under the photos — energy, fat, carbohydrate, fibre, protein and salt, both per pizza and per 100g. It comes from the pack specification rather than being typed out by hand.
It is a pizza. It carries a lot of protein and a short ingredient list, and we are not going to stand here and tell you it is a salad.

From frozen. Fan oven at 200°C, middle shelf, straight on the rack — no tray needed. 12 to 14 minutes, out when the crust turns golden.
Never. It goes in exactly as it comes out of the freezer. Defrosting it first is the fastest way to a soggy middle.
The pack instructions are for a fan oven at 200°C, and that is what we have tested — so that is what we will vouch for.
Keep it frozen at −18°C. Once it has defrosted, do not refreeze it.

The freezer aisle, not this website — we do not sell direct. Find your stockist is where every listing shows up first.
Not from us. If we get listed with a retailer who delivers, their link will be on Find your stockist.
Honestly, not yet — we are not on a shelf anywhere at the moment. Join the Crew on Find your stockist and we will tell you the day that changes.
Please do get in touch — trade enquiries go through the contact page and come straight to us.
